Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026 · working draft, pending counsel review

These terms govern your use of N3RD — the website you get, and the ask-to-edit service that keeps it current. Plain-language summary below; the binding version will be finalised with counsel.

What you get

A custom website, built for your business and yours to own. A one-time build fee (CHF 990) includes a year of edit credits; an optional yearly plan keeps the site online, backed up, and refills your credit balance.

Credits & edits

Changes are quoted in credits before we start and drawn from your balance on approval. Each change is priced at roughly ten times its true compute cost. Credits are refundable and do not expire. Nothing ships without your approval.

Scope — you own your words

Our agent makes design and technical changes and places copy you provide. It does not author substantive or regulated content (medical, legal, or financial advice, recipes, testimonials, or marketing claims). You are responsible for the content you publish.

Your content & IP

You retain ownership of your brand, content, and — on delivery — the site itself. You can take the site and its assets with you at any time. Imagery we source carries a commercial licence that travels to you.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for content you provide or for third-party services you connect.
