How N3RD handles your data. We collect as little as possible and never sell it. Plain-language summary below; the binding version will be finalised with counsel and aligned to the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.
What we collect
The domain you submit to generate a concept, your account email, and the change requests you make. For live sites, standard privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use tracking that follows you across the web.
Public information only
To build a concept we read publicly available information about your business (your existing website, public brand assets). We do not access anything behind a login.
Processors
We use a small set of vetted providers (hosting, email, payments, and the AI models that power edits) strictly to deliver the service, under data-processing terms. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@n3rd.ai and we'll action requests promptly. If you take your site elsewhere, your data goes with it.
Retention
We keep concept and edit history for as long as your site is active, plus a short window for backups and audit, then delete it.
